Farah Living is a premium holiday-home brand in Dubai, offering curated luxury apartments and villas across key neighborhoods. The website was designed to position the brand as an elevated hospitality experience and guide visitors toward one primary
The Challenge
Luxury short-term rentals have one core UX challenge:
people don’t just need “a place to stay” — they need trust + clarity + confidence fast.
The experience had to:
communicate premium positioning without feeling “salesy”
simplify discovery across different traveler types (business, leisure, family)
support both conversion intent (booking/inquiry) and long-form SEO content for growth
My Role
UX/UI Design • Website Development
I handled the structure, interface design, and implementation to ensure the experience stays consistent from design to launch.
Target Users
Primary: Service advisors / workshop managers who handle orders and customer updates daily
Secondary: Technicians and business owners who need quick visibility into workload and revenue
The Goals
Present Farah Living as a trusted hospitality brand (not just listings)
Highlight the brand promise: premium design, comfort, and seamless guest support farahliving.ae+1
Emphasize prime Dubai locations (Marina, Downtown, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah) farahliving.ae+1
Build a clear path to contact/booking with repeated CTAs and low-friction forms farahliving.ae
Create scalable pages for future expansion (services, listings, content)
Behind the scenes
UX Strategy
Target Users
Travelers seeking premium short-term stays (leisure, business, extended stay) farahliving.ae
Visitors comparing options and needing reassurance about comfort, support, and location
Mobile-first users who decide quickly and want a fast contact/booking route
Core User Journey
Landing → Confirm Premium Trust → Choose “Luxury Living” (value + locations + services) → Inquiry / Contact
This journey is reinforced through:
repeated “book your stay / inquiry now” CTAs
trust-building copy that positions the offering as “elevated experience”
Key Pages
The dashboard structure was built around real daily tasks:
Dashboard: performance snapshot + urgent queue
Repair Orders: list, filters, statuses, details
Customers & Vehicles: history, documents, notes
Invoices/Payments: billing, due amounts, payment status
Settings: staff roles and permissions
Core User Flow
Log in → Check urgent queue → Open repair order → Update status / assign tech / add parts → Generate invoice → Close job
This flow guided layout priority and component design.
UI Direction
The UI follows a premium hospitality tone:
calm hierarchy and generous spacing
high readability (headline → short paragraph → CTA)
consistent section modules to keep the experience scalable as listings/services expand
Outcome
Delivered a premium hospitality website experience focused on trust + clarity
Created a scalable content foundation that supports “luxury living” search intent and future expansion farahliving.ae

Outcome
- Delivered a complete dashboard UI that supports operational visibility and daily task execution

- Built a clean, professional visual language aligned with fast-paced operational tools
