AAAP is a Dubai-based aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic offering a wide range of treatments, from aesthetic injectables and laser services to plastic surgery procedures and wellness/IV therapy. The website was designed and developed to build immediate trust, clearly present a large service catalog, and drive the primary action
Goals
- Create a premium, credible first impression aligned with a medical brand
- Make it easy to explore services by category (Aesthetic, Plastic Surgery, Wellness, Home Services)
- Build a clear conversion flow to Book a Consultation
- Support organic visibility using structured service pages with FAQs and strong on-page content
- Ensure compliance and transparency (clinic licensing/disclaimers and regulated messaging)
My Role
UX/UI Design • Website Development
I handled the user experience, interface design, and implementation to ensure consistency from design to final build.

Figma (design + UI system) • WordPress
The Challenge
Medical and cosmetic websites have two major UX risks:
Trust friction (users hesitate without credibility signals and clear compliance)
Choice overload (many services can confuse users and dilute conversion)
AAAP also needed a structure that supports both service discovery and SEO growth through dedicated treatment pages.
Behind the scenes
UX Approach
Primary Users
- High-intent patients comparing clinics and looking for credibility fast
- Visitors exploring options across different categories (injectables vs surgery)
- Mobile-first users browsing quickly and deciding whether to book
Core User Journey
Landing → Confirm Trust → Choose Category → Explore Service → Book Consultation
The site reinforces trust using credibility blocks (e.g., “board-certified / licensed practitioners,” “proven results,” “advanced tools”) and repeats booking CTAs across key pages
Information Architecture
AAAP services are structured into clear, navigable categories:
Aesthetic Treatments (Botox, Fillers, Threads, PRP, etc.)
Plastic Surgery (Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Breast procedures, etc.)
IV Therapy / Wellness
Home Services
This reduces cognitive load and makes browsing feel organized despite the large offering list.
UI Strategy
Design Principles
Clean medical premium: strong spacing, calm hierarchy, clear typography
Clarity over hype: short sections, scannable headings, direct CTAs
Trust layering: credentials + founder section + compliance notes
Template consistency: repeatable modules for service pages (what it is, benefits, what to expect, FAQs, booking)
Trust & Compliance Layer
The “Book a Visit” flow includes a clear disclaimer and DHA licensing info (critical in this category).
Key Pages & What They Solve
1. Homepage — Trust + Direction
Introduces AAAP positioning as a leading provider in Dubai with credibility blocks (“American Certified,” “Proven Results,” “Advanced Tools,” etc.), then routes users toward services and booking.
2. Service Category Pages — Reduce Choice Overload
Users can choose the right track (Aesthetic vs Surgery) without reading long paragraphs first.
3) Treatment/Procedure Pages — SEO + Decision Support
Each treatment page provides structured education, benefits, and FAQs, plus repeated booking prompts—ideal for both organic traffic and patient confidence.
4. Booking Flow — Conversion Endpoint
Designed to feel simple and safe: clear invitation to book + compliance and clinic licensing reassurance.
